We do not offer refunds or cancellations. Our products are all custom made for you and for that reason all sales are FINAL. Magical Balloon Decor is NOT responsible for balloon oxidation, durability due to weather exposure (i.e direct sunlight/wind), being near sharp objects or rough surfaces.

Damage or Failure to Return Rental Property

Pool installations may require special weights. The rental of this property is included in the price and pick up time will be discussed prior to completion of installation. While rental property is under your care it is your responsibility to keep safe and undamaged. If any damage is made to rental property, an additional charge of $100 will be incurred. 

Some arches installed outside may need special weights depending on the surrounding structures. If it is determined that your installation requires it, the weights will be rental property included in the price and pick up time will be discussed prior to completion of installation. While rental property is under your care it is your responsibility to keep safe and undamaged. If any damage is made to rental property, an additional charge of $100 will be incurred.

For chair and background rental items, please have the items clean and ready to be picked up. If rental items are dirty and/or damaged at time of pick up, there will be a damage fee ranging from $75.00 - $450.00 depending on the item and damage.
